Pre-screening
Depending on the role you’re applying for there may be online assessments or we do love a chat, so you may be invited to a telephone interview. For some of our roles you may do both.

Face to Face Interviews
If you have been successful during the prescreening, you will be invited to a face to face interview with the hiring manager.

Job Offer - Congratulations!
This is the beginning of your wonderful journey with DFS. All you need to do now is read through the copy of your job offer letter and return your contract of employment. We will get to work building your induction and training programme to help you succeed in every way.
