Overview of the role
This role will be responsible for engaging employees from across the Group by creating exciting and compelling content, delivered through channels that have a real and positive impact on our employees.

Your Responsibilities
-Offer advice to stakeholders and clients, providing guidance on all things content related including: language, tone, messaging and publication effectiveness
-Develop and manage an editorial calendar based on keeping employees engaged in our strategy, along with other big news like our financial and employee engagement results.
-Maintain the internal communications planner; giving a detailed breakdown of how we`re engaging our employees and what we`re telling them over given periods of time e.g. monthly / quarterly
-Own and continuously develop our tone of voice and visual look and feel to make sure it resonates and represents who we are and where our culture is headed
-Draft and edit content for use in publications, including news and information emails, magazines, and newsletters
-Ensure smooth and effective delivery of regularly scheduled and ad-hoc communications
-Lead on Group-wide campaigns and projects, responsible for co-ordinating the work and providing updates to stakeholders
-Ensure all content provides clear benefits to the target audience, conveys the right personality, and meets high quality standards
-Use insights and measurement to monitor the effectiveness of what we do
-Create and deliver new communication channels that are fit for purpose, designed with our employees in mind and ensure that content is delivered in an engaging way
-Deliver continuous improvement across all channels, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. Tactics would include regular channel audits and targeted measurement activity

Our Ideal Candidate
We want to hear from you if you`ve got a proven track record in Internal Communications, with a solid understanding of both developing new communications channels, as well as making sure existing ones are working brilliantly. You`ll have an eye for design, as well as a natural flair for creating great and compelling copy that connects the dots for our people.

You`ll be just as at ease with running a focus group with front-line teams, as you are with working directly with our Senior Leadership Team. Regardless of who you`re working with, you`ll build strong relationships quickly; gaining trust and credibility as you go.
