You will be an integral part of driving the growth of our International business and creating the blueprint of how DFS International will look in the future.
Overview of the role
We have an exciting opportunity within our Merchandising Department at Head Office. The role is fast paced and requires someone with plenty of enthusiasm and passion, the drive to aim high and to always put the customer first. Working within our close team of administrators you will play a pivotal part to the success of our operation; you`ll be handling and processing data with total precision, have amazing communication and lightning keyboard skills. We are looking for hardworking individuals with great organisational skills who are able to cope well under pressure
-Fantastic communication and inter-personal skills with a proven track record of positive influencing and networking.
-The drive to understand all aspects of the product range and related processes to aid how you will prioritise big workloads.
-Exceptional organisational skills with evidence to support you have the ability to be flexible in a busy working environment.
-`Right first time` attitude! A good eye for detail and highly attentive to detail and precision.
-Data entry and data management for all our International ranges and campaigns on a multi-channel platform.
-Maintain both Spanish and Netherlands pricing, within the correct date parameters, using the information provided from the international buying team and work in conjunction with the UK and ROI pricing team.
-Work closely with the UK and ROI customer finance team to be responsible for the set-up of customer finance, matching the correct finance terms with the correct pricing within the correct dates.
-Data checking for accuracy to ensure we are `right first time`.
-Day to day communication with supplier partners and store teams and key business stakeholders.
-Management of deadlines on a weekly/monthly basis.
-Provide Support to our International stores and suppliers
Our Ideal Candidate
-You must have an extensive knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft programmes.
-You must be Computer Literate
-Be able to prioritise your own work load
-Have excellent attention to detail
-Work well under pressure
-Meet strict deadlines
